COUNT on YOURSELF™ Coaching Club

The Count on Yourself ™ Coaching Club is a monthly teleseminar program created to help you maintain your new lifestyle by providing a time set aside to share your successes, your challenges and design and commit to new goals. It is a kind of “wellness mastermind group” where you can join in as often or as little as you choose, as you feel the need.

These monthly teleconference club meetings will led by Risa, and on occasion, guest experts in other wellness related specialties will be invited. Meeting date and time will be sent out two weeks in advance to all paid members with a call-in and pin number. Each call will last between 45 – 60 minutes. Long distance charges may apply, unless you have unlimited long distance service. Calls will have a 10 minute special topic introduction, group discussion and Q & A.
