Wellness Coaching: A one-on-one coaching relationship that will move you to action from your first session. You can choose a one-month or three-month coaching plan.

G.A.M.E. Plan: This small-group coaching program is designed to help you get past the obstacles and into action - be it a personal or professional goal, the process is the same. Talk less, DO more, get back in the game.

The Pedometer Program: Count on Yourself ™ is a group program which incorporates the use of a top-rated pedometer and valuable information to help you make positive and active lifestyle changes.

For Women Only Program: This program is an ongoing weight management/motivational support group. Achieve and maintain a healthy body weight with the support that comes when women help women.

Small Group Strength Training Program: Four informational and physical sessions on how your muscles work and what exercises you can do on your own or take into a gym. This is an opportunity to work out in a small group setting with others at your fitness level. Call for appointment schedule.

Presentations: Risa is a dynamic motivational speaker who will add value and energy to your business or community event. Look at the suggested topic list or ask about a customized talk to fit your group’s needs.

Personal Training: With greater than 25 years' hands-on personal training experience, Risa designs and implements customized fitness programs for individuals and/or groups in home or office or other locations.
