The Count on Yourself ™ Coaching Club is a scheduled teleconference forum where members can share successes, challenges and commit to their personal goals while being accountable to a group they can check in with.

Personal Training: With greater than 25 years' hands-on personal training experience, Risa designs and implements customized fitness programs for individuals and/or groups in home or office or other locations.
