Small Group Strength Training Program

A four-week program (1.5 hour/session):

Learn the principles behind exercising with free weights and/or machines, as well as the primary muscle groups of the body and how they work.

Increasing overall body strength can

  • Improve quality of sleep
  • Decrease blood pressure
  • Increase metabolism
  • Reduce body fat
  • Improve sex
  • Improve activities such as lifting and climbing
  • Improve balance and prevent falls
