Risa is a health, fitness and wellness expert with over 30 years of experience helping people improve their lifestyle habits. She holds four professional certifications and has a masters degree in Adult Fitness Management from New York University.
Risa's approach to working with you will be totally individualized. Coaching is trusted relationship between you and your coach. This relationship can take some time to develop - it's not a quick fix. Coaching is a process of identifying your strengths, goals, what efforts you may have made in the past to achieve these goals and more. The coaching process is a creative one, can be fun and sometimes may be a bit scary -- this is all part of the process of challenging oneself to stretch and grow.
