What better way to have a coaching session than to walk and talk?
A "walking coaching session' gets your body moving at the same time that you are working on your goals, strategies and challenges. Walk, talk and feel the stress melt away.
De-stress with a daily walk
Science tells us that physical activity relieves stress and stimulates thought, emotions and creativitiy. Walking is the simplist and most effective way to add physical activity to your day. If you can walk a little, chances are you can increase your steps and mileage in just a short time. Consistency is the key to improvement.
Start a walking group
Would you like to create a local community walking program in your neighborhood? Risa will "walk" you through the steps on how to do this. Risa works with municipalities, corporations, business offices, religious organizations or simply neighborhood groups to help build a walking group programs. She will work virutally with you or possible join you in person to help launch your program face-to-face.
